September 23 marks the beginning of autumn equinox, when the Sun will be directly proportional to the equator

The end of summer is quickly approaching for residents of the United Arab Emirates. It is anticipated that September will be the final month of the season. The nighttime low will be followed by a second dip in temperature during the second part of the month. 

The autumn equinox, which begins on September 23, occurs when the Sun's rays are equally distributed throughout the northern and southern hemispheres, in a direct proportion to the equator. A few days following the equinox, night and day in the United Arab Emirates become equal.

According to a National Centre of Meteorology forecast, citizens may anticipate rain and thunder in several areas of the nation in September. This is the outcome of cumulonimbus clouds that are predicted to form in the east. This may also affect interior areas, resulting in varying degrees of rain. 

Additionally, there is a prediction for new gusts that might occasionally scatter dust, making vision difficult. This is a result of the Arabian Peninsula's desert thermal lows and the Indian monsoon depression's slow fading. 

Compared to August, humidity is expected to increase, particularly in the second half of the month. Certain regions of the country will see a rise in the likelihood of fog and mist development, with a relative humidity of 49%. 

The 'Star of Yemen', the Suhail star, was spotted on August 24, signalling the end of the prime summer season. There is a 40-day window after the star is observed when the weather changes from extreme heat to lower temperatures. 'Sufriya' is another name for this time frame. 

The weather is predicted to progressively stabilise around the middle of October. The 'Wasm' era is another name for this. 

One hundred days after the Suhail star rises, the cool winter season will start.
