RTA is organising the ninth edition of Dubai International Projects Management Forum in Dubai

The ninth edition of the Dubai International Projects Management Forum (DIPMF), which brings together professionals and thought leaders to examine the game-changing effects of technology convergences on a range of sectors, is being organised in Dubai by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).

The most recent iteration of the event was opened by Shaikh Ahmad Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council.

The Project Management Institute (PMI), DP World, and Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) are partners in the RTA-organized event. The event has drawn not only project management professionals from many nations but also chiefs of corporate and public institutions.

Several masterclasses on subjects including agile transformation, successful business negotiation, reviving troubled projects, project portfolio management, value delivery systems in projects, artificial intelligence, and big data management were conducted off-site during the forum.
