The Dubai Metro will have extended hours this weekend, according to the Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai (RTA).
The Dubai Run, the city's major fitness event, will give you more time to move around on Sunday, November 24.
On the day of the marathon, the Red Line and Green Line will run from 3 a.m. to midnight, according to the extended hours that the authority announced on Friday, November 22.
As part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, the biggest community cycling event in the region gets underway extra early on Sunday, with the first riders departing the starting gate at 4 a.m.
In order to ensure the smooth operation of the race, the RTA has also planned a number of road closures for Sunday.
Sheikh Zayed Road between the second bridge and the Trade Centre Roundabout will be included in this. The complete list of closures and their times can be seen here. Al Sukook Street between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Bousra Street will also be closed.
