
The Roads and Transport Authority announced on Wednesday, February 26th, the hours of operation for all of its services.
The notification states that the timings of the Dubai Metro Red and Green lines would not change during the month of Ramadan.
Dubai Metro Ramadan hours: 5 a.m. to midnight, Monday through Thursday
Friday: 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. (the next day)
Sat.: 5 a.m. to midnight
8 a.m. until midnight on Sunday
Additionally, the Dubai Tram will operate as usual, Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. and on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m.
The RTA advised customers to check their regular stop and route on the S'hail app in case of any changes to bus timings.
The S'hail app also provides maritime schedules for Abus and Dubai Water Taxis.
In Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Manara, and Al Tawar, Customer Happiness Centers will be open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Fridays from 9 a.m. to noon.
The smart services are available 24/7 at the Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, and Al Kifaf buildings for anyone who need to use the centers.
