The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) has introduced a new AI-powered digital platform that makes it simple for residents to renew their visas. Residents can renew their visas using the Salama platform in only a few minutes. Long wait periods and paperwork are eliminated because they can obtain the revised document straight from the platform.
When a user enters in, AI recognizes their information automatically, shows the status of their dependent's visa, and indicates how many days are left until it expires. Following the applicant's selection of the renewal period, the request is processed immediately by the system.
The software makes it easy for family members to renew their resident visas with a few clicks.
