Residents can enjoy private air-conditioned parking boxes with charging stations at the ICONIC Tower

Residents of a recently announced luxury property in the United Arab Emirates will enjoy premium amenities such as exclusive private air-conditioned parking boxes with their own charging stations. When finished, the ICONIC Tower, the highest building in Dubai Internet City, will combine technology and design to make sure that its parking spots may also be used as lounges.

The seamless, temperature-controlled transfer from automobile to home is made possible by the parking spots' direct connection to the elevator foyer. 

Italian design company Pininfarina, known for creating some of the most iconic automobiles in history, including Maserati and Ferrari, created the parking structure. The design studio has given the parking spaces, which will have high-end metallic and hardwood finishes, sporting characteristics in keeping with its style.
