The night sky will be illuminated with laser drones and pyrotechnics during Ras Al Khaimah's longest New Year's Eve (NYE) celebration. With its 15-minute show, which will be divided into three acts, the emirate hopes to break more world records. Drones in the skies will create iconic emblems of Ras Al Khaimah's natural and cultural heritage as part of the performance, which combines drone creativity with innovative laser technology.
The NYE festival offers free admission and separate spaces for bachelors and families. The exhibition, which is set against the coastline from Marjan Island to Al Hamra Village, was planned by Grucci for the pyrotechnic show and SKYMAGIC for the drone displays. Food trucks, kid-friendly activities, and live music performances are all part of the festival.
There are six free parking areas on the property that can hold more than 20,000 cars. Vehicles must be pre-registered online by visitors. There are designated camping spaces and free BBQ amenities at the Rams Parking. The Dhayah Parking area is also a place to camp for tents, RVs, and caravans.
The event, which has as its theme "Our Story in the Sky," draws inspiration from Ras Al Khaimah's natural beauty, history, and culture. RAK's NYE show set two Guinness World Records last year: "Longest straight-line drones display" and "Longest chain of aquatic floating fireworks."
