Ras Al Khaimah has launched another island destination - the Raha Island project located in Mina Al Arab

Aiming to capitalize on the current real estate boom centered around upscale hotels and serviced apartments, Ras Al Khaimah has introduced a new "island" destination. Supported by the master developer RAK Properties, the "Raha Island" project in Mina Al Arab will have a large amount of retail space, marinas, beach clubs, and recreational centers.

Numerous luxury-focused launches have occurred since the previous year, including the introduction of Emaar's Address brand and the Nikki Beach project by Aldar. There are also other hotel projects, including as the flagship Wynn building on Al Marjan Island. 

Al Marjan Island has been receiving significant investments; the first of these historic projects is anticipated to open within the next three years. Given the situation, RAK Properties' choice to open Raha Island is appropriate and gives investors another area of interest.

The 'accessible public beaches' on Raha Island will stretch for more than 2.5 kilometers. By connecting Mina Al Arab with water transportation, residents and visitors will be able to explore local attractions or catch the hydrofoil to other Emirates to the south.
