Qualifying businesses on Al Reem Island will be exempt from paying fees for obtaining a commercial licence until October 31

As of Tuesday, October 31, qualifying firms on Al Reem Island will not be required to pay the expenses associated with getting a commercial license, according to an announcement made by the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). This came to light following a series of focus group meetings that the international financial center conducted with Al Reem Island firms to learn more about their unique needs, worries, and difficulties.

Following the sessions, the ADGM declared the new incentive for long-standing island-based companies in the retail and non-financial sectors. This will strengthen the assistance provided to these companies as they move from the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) to the ADGM.
