The Q-East project in Al Quoz is expected to be largely finished in 2024 and will introduce a number of exciting new experiences, such as a high-end theater, to the neighborhood.
In addition to its stunning residential units and penthouses, Q-East will have an arcade, a state-of-the-art wellness center, and even a podcast recording studio. Within the complex, residents will also find a packed food hall, a boutique cafe, and a Japanese restaurant.
The 17 available penthouses, which will all have private pools, will be put up for auction concurrently with the opening of the retail spaces.
The project, which Alphabeta Properties is executing, is intended to give Al Quoz a fresh, contemporary look.
