Pygmy Zoo in Sharjah showcases a range of unusual species

Rare dwarf creatures like beautiful Albino kangaroos and small horses may be seen at Sharjah's recently opened Pygmy Zoo, which provides a reasonably priced family outing. Situated amid the livestock market of Al Saja'a, this quaint zoo appeals to those who enjoy the outdoors.

Since his early years, Emirati Abdullah Binjarash, the zoo's owner, has had a fascination with animals, beginning with little creatures around ten years ago.

This distinctive zoo, which is part of the livestock market in Al Saja'a, is expected to be a family-friendly attraction that blends adventure with affordability. Children under the age of two enter free of charge, while adults pay a reasonable Dh20 and children Dh15. The goal of this pricing plan is to make the zoo affordable for all families that want to spend a day there.

With 15 to 16 different animal species per area, the Pygmy Zoo showcases a range of unusual species in several zones.

In addition to showcasing both rare and common wildlife, visitors can explore habitats for rodents, birds, and miniature animals, as well as a safari area. The park's little animals are among the rarest, with Abdulla claiming that the miniature camel is the most uncommon.

The zoo is open everyday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Fridays from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., giving guests plenty of time to take in the lively scene.
