Public Transport Day; Frequent commuters of public transport in Dubai can win 1 million Nol+ points

As the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) commemorates Public Transport Day on Friday, November 1, commuters who regularly utilize various public transportation options in Dubai have the opportunity to win one million Nol+ points. 

In addition, the champions of the three-day 'Mysterious Man Challenge' will receive substantial monetary rewards. On November 1, in addition to the Dh10,000 cash award, the fortunate winner will receive an extra 50gram gold bar.

The most regular users of public transportation will be rewarded by RTA in six different categories. Three winners will be chosen from each category and given the title of "Public Transport Champion." 

One million nol+ points will be awarded to the winner in first place, 500,000 nol+ points to the runner-up, and 250,000 nol+ points to the third jplace finisher. There will be a ceremony to honor the three victors.h

RTA will commemorate the occasion with a variety of events and activities beginning on Monday, October 28 and ending on Friday, November 1. Public Transport Day is celebrated on November 1st every year, and this year's theme is "Good for you, Great for Dubai."

The "Mysterious Man Challenge" is one of the centerpieces of the event. The 'Mysterious Man' must be found at metro stations over the course of three days, from Wednesday, October 30 to Friday, November 1. There will be a winner every day who will get Dh10,000. In addition to the Dh10,000 cash prize, the fortunate winner will receive a 50-gram gold bar on Friday, November 1.

There are six categories: 

- Most active user between 2009 and November 1, 2024

- Most active user during the week of 2024's Public Transportation Day

- The most frequent RTA employee user

- Most frequent People of Determination user

- Senior citizen users who use it most frequently

- The most active student user
