Public to adhere to all necessary rules and guidelines during Eid Al Etihad celebrations

News EventThe public is being urged by authorities to follow all relevant rules and regulations as UAE citizens get ready to celebrate Eid Al Etihad on December 2 and take advantage of the year's last long weekend.
1. Do not plan or take part in arbitrary marches and assemblies.
2. Comply with all traffic laws and police directives.
3. Do not allow pedestrians, drivers, or passengers to use party sprays.
4. Make sure the front and back license plates are still visible; don't change the color of the car or tint or darken the front windows.
5. Unless the stickers, signs, or emblems are expressly for Eid Al Etihad and adhere to official criteria and restrictions, do not put them on the vehicle.
6. Avoid carrying more people than is allowed in a car, and keep your car's windows and sunroof closed at all times.
7. Refrain from installing unlicensed elements that impede vision or create noise, or altering the vehicle in any way without permission.
8. On internal or exterior highways, avoid doing stunts, blocking traffic, or blocking roads for emergency vehicles (such as police patrols, ambulances, or civil defense).
9. Never pull a stunt on an interior or exterior road.
10. Do not use sunshades that obstruct vision or apply stickers to the side, front, or rear windows of the car.
11. Wear scarves made especially for Eid Al Etihad festivities.
12. Only the flag of the United Arab Emirates may be flown; other flags are not allowed.
13. Keep the level of chants and songs to those that are officially associated with the celebrations of Eid Al Etihad.
14. It is definitely forbidden for drivers and decoration businesses to display any flags or stickers that are not authorized for Eid Al Etihad, notably the UAE flag or stickers associated with it.
