The UAE fuel price committee has revealed the official petrol and diesel prices for December 2024. The new rates, effective from December 1, reflect a slight adjustment compared to the previous month.
- Super 98 petrol will now be priced at Dh2.61 per litre, down from Dh2.74 in November.
- Special 95 petrol is set at Dh2.50 per litre, decreasing from Dh2.63.
- E-Plus 91 petrol will cost Dh2.43 per litre, a reduction from Dh2.55 last month.
- Diesel prices saw a marginal increase, rising to Dh2.68 per litre compared to Dh2.67 in November.
Depending on the type of vehicle you drive, getting a full tank of petrol in December will cost you between Dh6.12 and Dh9.62 lesser than last month.
The adjustments follow the committee’s monthly review of global oil trends to align local fuel rates with international prices.
