Users may now pay their bills smartly by using WhatsApp. Your bill-paying and other duties will be made easier by the AI-powered automated chatbot.
Process of paying DEWA bill via WhatsApp:
- Save 04 601 9999 as a contact, then use WhatsApp to SMS the DEWA contact.
- You'll receive a list of twelve alternatives. Go with "bill payment."
- You will receive a link for a direct payment.
- Visit the DEWA payment portal by clicking the link, then enter your information to log in.
- You can proceed by selecting your preferred payment method and providing your EFT credentials.
The DEWA bill can be paid by other means too such as Easy Pay, DEWA Smart App, Auto Pay, several banks that provide the option, and many more. Find a full list of participating banks here.
