New security awareness campaign aimed at educating the public to protect their vehicles

A new security awareness campaign has been started by the Criminal Investigation Department and the General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police to inform the public about ways to prevent theft of their belongings and cars. "Protect Your Vehicle and Valuable Possessions from Theft" is the campaign's motto, and it urges locals to take easy yet effective safety measures to guard against auto theft and burglaries.

Ras Al Khaimah Police have also issued a warning about the perils of carelessness, stressing that leaving cars unlocked or unguarded or neglecting to take simple security precautions raises the possibility of theft. 

For extra security, they highly advise anyone traveling or departing the nation to leave their cars with friends or relatives. 

Residents may greatly lower the risk of auto theft and protect their belongings by adhering to these easy rules.
