The Federal Authority for Identity, Nationality, Customs and Port Security of the United Arab Emirates has announced a new complete service to acquire a Golden Residency Visa.
The "One Touch Golden Visa service" was created to make it simpler for those involved to obtain a Golden Visa by assisting them with their visa applications, the issuance of other visas, the regularisation of status, and the issuance of residency and identity - with the option of renewing all of these in a single step.
If a resident is eligible for the Golden Visa, they can submit their registration on the ICP website by simply clicking a button. The authority encouraged those who were eligible to register via the website or the smart application UAEICP, and the announcement was made on the ICP's official Instagram channel.
With the Golden Visa, foreign nationals can reside, work, or study in the UAE while taking advantage of a number of special benefits, such as the freedom from the need for a sponsor, the ability to travel outside the UAE for longer than six months without losing their residence permit, and the chance to sponsor their relatives, including spouses and kids of any age.
Additionally, the required minimum monthly salary for obtaining the coveted visa recently decreased from Dh50,000 to Dh30,000, making many more highly qualified professionals suitable for the long-term residency. The fields of medicine, science and engineering, IT, business and administration, education, law, culture, and social studies are all appropriate.
