The National Day Mangrove Project will begin on May 11, at 10 a.m. at Yas Beach in Abu Dhabi with the goal of eventually planting 10,000 mangrove plants around the UAE. The endeavour is a component of the 'Today for Tomorrow' initiative, which was unveiled during the UAE's 51st National Day festivities in December 2022.
The planting, which is being spearheaded by the 51st National Day Celebrations organising committee, is accessible to all UAE citizens. However, potential participants should sign up on the campaign's website.
