Airports in Abu Dhabi now provide more options to reach India. IndiGo, an inexpensive airline based in India, said on Thursday that it will begin offering daily flights from Zayed International Airport to Chandigarh. Additionally, it declared that daily flights to Lucknow and Kannur would resume.
Adding a total of 21 weekly flights to its itinerary, IndiGo began operating out of Zayed International Airport in 2020. IndiGo's weekly frequency of flights from Abu Dhabi has increased by 50% with this development, totaling 63 flights.
With the addition of additional routes, Zayed International Airport now serves more than 120 destinations.
