MoHRE launched a video call service for customers on its official smart application

In addition to providing the same function via WhatsApp using its number 600590000, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MoHRE) has introduced a video call capability for users on its official smart application. The new service is a part of the ministry's continuous efforts to support and broaden the range of digital services offered to consumers in order to improve such services and fulfil the UAE Government's aggressive objectives for digital transformation.

Customers may utilise it to ask questions about any of the MoHRE's services and get the help they need by video chatting with customer satisfaction specialists. Clients can use the service through WhatsApp by selecting "Establishments and Workers" or "Domestic Workers," or through the Ministry's official application by selecting the "Support and Contact" option.

Customers can use the video call service from 7.30 am to 3 pm, Monday through Thursday, and from 7.30 am to 12 pm, Friday, throughout MoHRE's official business hours. Additionally, clients can reach the ministry's call centre at 600590000 at any time of day or night. 

MOHRE recorded more than 50 million communication incidents with its clients in the previous year through its accessible service channels.
