Massive fireworks show for 40 minutes in Abu Dhabi as part of the ongoing Sheikh Zayed Festival

The UAE capital is going above and beyond this year with its New Year's Eve events. As part of the current Sheikh Zayed Festival at Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi will light up the skies with fireworks for 40 consecutive minutes. Get ready for an incredible spectacle.

According to the Sheikh Zayed Festival website, the event will smash the Guinness World Record for the greatest fireworks display in the world in terms of show size, style, and configuration. The show's start time has not yet been announced, so stay tuned.

With 114 days of enjoyment, the Sheikh Zayed Festival honours Emirati culture and tradition and is without a doubt the pinnacle of the winter season. The family-friendly event began in November and included performances by Arabian horse exhibitions, games for the kids, and concerts. Make sure to reserve your seats.
