Marine transport at Dubai Water Canal and Business Bay resumed operations, now operates on two lines

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) declared on Wednesday that marine transit at Dubai Water Canal and Business Bay had resumed operations "following completion of enhancement works".

In order to ensure smooth integration with soft mobility choices like bicycles and e-scooters available at adjacent stations, the service now runs on two lines, linking major tourist sites in these locations, RTA noted.

With 30- to 50-minute breaks, the first line, DC2, runs Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Waterfront, Marasi, Business Bay, Godolphin, and Sheikh Zayed Road stations are all connected by this line.

The second line, DC3, runs on Saturdays and Sundays from 4 to 11 p.m. The Dubai Design District Marine Transport Station is connected to Al Jaddaf Station. This service costs only Dh2 per stop on both lines and operates every 35 minutes.
