Launch of a new marina at Dubai Islands; can accommodate a total of 13 superyachts at a time

On Wednesday, master developer Nakheel announced the opening of a new marina in Dubai Islands that can hold up to 13 superyachts simultaneously and has 248 wet spaces for boats up to 47 metres in length and 40 dry berths for trailers up to 20 metres.

Boat and yacht owners and captains may benefit from additional conveniences including unlimited WiFi, 24/7 dock assistance, utilities and ice delivery, rubbish collection, pump-out services, and complimentary club vehicle transfers.

Additionally, visitors may benefit from amenities including a parking lot, restrooms with showers and sinks, and a laundromat. Boaters and their vessels are well protected by 24/7 CCTV monitoring and gated entrance.

The marina is close to the recently opened Dubai Islands Beach, which provides the option for an action-packed day of sports like beach volleyball and beach football or just to relax with family and friends in a tranquil setting.

By signing a one-year lease, new Nakheel Marinas members will receive six months off new annual berthing contracts for yachts and three months off new annual berthing contracts for private boats like fishing boats, day boats, and mini cruisers from now until September 30, 2023.
