Landlords are enjoying high occupancy rates amid the growing population in Dubai

The Dubai rental market no longer offers incentives such as rent-free months or grace periods, which let renters move into properties a little earlier without having to pay rent. Reason: Because of the emirate's expanding population, landlords are benefiting from high occupancy rates.

Executives in the real estate sector, however, assert that while landlords are ready to split rent across several checks, the renter will often pay a larger total amount for the rental.

Due to increased demand brought on by the growing population, rents have been steadily rising at a double-digit pace across the majority of Dubai's districts over the past few years. Additionally, throughout the pandemic year, developers put a halt to a number of projects, which caused the supply market to contract.
