Kempinski Hotels will take on the operations of two Downtown Dubai hotels as per ADNH

Two hotels in Downtown Dubai will be operated by Kempinski Hotels, according to a statement released by Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH). Address Boulevard will change its name to Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai on January 1, 2024, while Address Dubai Mall will become Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai.

"We are delighted to see the Kempinski flag flying over two of our most prestigious properties in Dubai," stated ADNH CEO Khalid Anib. Representing the pinnacle of European hospitality, the Kempinski name is a mark of quality. The firm is a perfect partner to lead these two hotels into the next phase because of its solid track record and local knowledge.

"This significant milestone marks an enormous step forward for Kempinski and cements our role as one of the dominant luxury hotel brands in the Middle East," said René Nijhof, chairman of the board of directors of Kempinski S.A.

Kempinski has a long-standing reputation for providing exceptional quality and service because it was among the first upscale hotel chains to make a presence in the United Arab Emirates in the late 1990s. Every facility will receive improvements as part of the rebranding process in order to provide “tailored and world-class experiences.”

Additionally, Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) revealed that it will be rebranding three Emaar-owned hotels in Dubai as part of a cooperation with Marriott International. The hotels will be operated by ADNH and Marriott under the names JW Marriott and Autograph Collection Hotels as of January 1, 2024. Abu Dhabi National Hotels owns Vida Downtown Dubai, Manzil Downtown Dubai, and Address Dubai Marina.
