Japan Kyoto Trade Exhibition commenced on Monday at the Dubai World Trade Centre; expected to attract more than 20,000 visitors

News EventThe Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai (DET) and the governments of Kyoto, Japan, co-hosted the Japan Kyoto Trade Exhibition, which welcomed guests to the Dubai World Trade Centre on Monday. The vice-governor of Kyoto's government, Akimasa Yamashita, and Mohammed Ali Rashid Lootah, director-general of Dubai Chambers, launched the exhibition, which is anticipated to draw over 20,000 people over three days. In attendance were Sheikh Manaa bin Hashir Al Maktoum, Issam Kazim, CEO of Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing, Mai Sakaue, CEO of Maico Enterprise Inc., the company that organises the expo, as well as a plethora of dignitaries, businesspeople, and investors from both nations.
A wide range of industrial sectors, including technology, automotive, animation, video games, food and beverage, and more, will be covered by the participating Japanese organisations, businesses, and brands. According to the organisers, the Japan Kyoto Trade Exhibition is a yearly event that provides a platform for Japanese companies to showcase their goods and services while also providing UAE-based companies with new growth opportunities.
