Iconic cantilevered building along Dubai's Sheikh Zayed Road, One Za'abeel, is now officially part of the Dubai World Trade Free Zone

It was declared on Wednesday that One Za'abeel, the famous cantilevered structure on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, is now formally a component of the Dubai World Trade Free Zone. This implies that all businesses and organizations housed within this new landmark are now eligible to utilize the benefits provided by the authority of the free zone.

The following benefits are listed in Decree No. 18 of 2024:

- Whole ownership by foreigners 

- Waiver of customs taxes 

- Multiple licensing possibilities 

- Corporate Tax Rate of 0% 

- Streamlined applications for permits and visas 

- Numerous adaptable office options

The Offices at One Za'abeel offers 26,000 square meters of Grade-A office space along with first-rate facilities and services. With LEED Gold and WiredScore Platinum certifications, the building offers renters the best possible connectivity, technology, and sustainability. 

The Offices, which span 17 stories and provide tenants with immediate access to a plethora of dining, retail, hotel, and other options, is situated within the complex.
