In three days, Dubai will formally transform into an outdoor training centre when the much anticipated yearly 30x30 fitness challenge begins on October 28. A world record attempt, a heart-pounding skypool triathlon, and a stand-up paddle challenge are among the new main events planned for this year's Dubai Fitness Challenge, in addition to the extensive schedule of free sports events and the iconic Dubai Run and Dubai Ride.

This year, Kite Beach, Mushrif Park, and One Central will be the three fitness villages offering free events and lessons.

RTA Mushrif Park Cycle Centre:

There are 136 guided group bike rides available for all skill levels, from kids and novices to families with more experienced riders, including road tracks, adrenaline pump tracks, and mountain biking trails. Free bikes will be given out for each session, subject to availability, for convenience.

DP World Kite Beach Fitness Village:

For schools: Weekdays from 8am to 1pm

For public: Weekdays from 3pm to 10pm

Weekends from 7am to 10pm

There will be 24 different sports and fitness zones in the village, such as a Children's Zone for kids and teenagers, a Rebounder zone that promises thrilling activities, a Sun & Sand Sports (SSS) Boxing Ring for fans of combat sports, and additional spaces for yoga, football, basketball, and padel, among other pursuits.

Run and Ride Central (One Central):

It's open every day from 7 am to 10 pm

Numerous participating companies, including adidas, Asics, Meraas, Sun & Sand Sport, and Siro, will offer more than 400 hours of events. In addition, competitors may pick up their bibs for the Dubai Ride and Dubai Run events in this hamlet.

Over 600 free fitness courses will be offered throughout the city, making them ideal for anybody looking for convenient access to sports to help them meet their 30X30 objectives.

The Dubai Padel Cup, which provides free clinics for the general public, a junior programme, community tournaments, padel business lectures, and a government padel tournament are among the other activities taking place during the month.
