His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum paid tribute to Sheikh Mohamed bin Sheikh Mejren bin Sultan

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, paid respect to the late Sheikh Mohamed bin Sheikh Mejren bin Sultan. The Dubai Ruler lamented Sheikh Mohamed bin Sheikh Mejren's loss and referred to him as a "loyal advisor" on the microblogging platform X (formerly known as Twitter).

He posted the following message on X: "Today, Dubai bids farewell to Sheikh Muhammad bin Sheikh Mejren bin Sultan, one of its distinguished men, loyal advisors." Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed, the late ruler of Dubai, was a contemporary of Sheikh Mohamed bin Sheikh Mejren bin Sultan. He possessed good judgement and knowledge that came from love and allegiance to the ruler and the ruled, Sheikh Mohammed continued. May God have pity on him, give him a roomy space in Paradise, encourage his family, and give us the strength to wait patiently for him to return.
