Habtoor Tower has been launched which is the largest residential building in the world with ultra-luxurious living facilities

The unveiling of Habtoor Tower, the biggest residential structure in the world with ultra-luxurious living amenities, was announced by Dubai's Al Habtoor Group.

It will be constructed in a prime location on Sheikh Zayed Road, on the banks of the Dubai Water Canal, overlooking the Burj Khalifa in the Business Bay neighbourhood, and close to the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), making it one of the largest and most innovative sustainable landmark buildings in the entire world. The tower which was officially launched in 2016, will be built at Al Habtoor City, 

The skyscraper will be constructed with cutting-edge, inventive, and selected construction methods, according to Al Habtoor Group, drawing on decades of knowledge gained from the Burj Al Arab, Terminals 1 and 3 of the Dubai International Airport, the Abu Dhabi Officers' Club, and several other projects.

The Habtoor Tower, a multi-billion-dirham construction, will feature 1,701 keys spread throughout 3,517,313 square feet of built-up space and 81 storeys (G+7+73) above ground. Within 36 months, it is expected to be finished.
