The UAE's government employees will have a four-day weekend to celebrate National Day, Eid Al Etihad.
The UAE government announced on Friday that Monday and Tuesday, December 2 and 3, will be paid holidays for public sector employees.
The National Day holiday is extended to four days when paired with a Saturday-Sunday weekend.
The government said that regular business hours for federal agencies and ministries will resume on Wednesday, December 4.
