Global Village will have a week of grand celebrations for Eid Al Etihad from November 25 to December 4

A week of grand festivities commemorating the 53rd National Day of the United Arab Emirates (Eid Al Etihad) has been announced by Global Village. The festivities will take place between November 25 and December 4.

In addition to unique lighting that will highlight the famous gates and key landmarks in the brilliant colors of the UAE flag, Global Village will be decorated with iconic decorations that represent the event and create an artistic scene.

From December 1 to 3, the Main Stage will be the center of attention for the great theatrical operetta "Hawa Emarati," one of the many cultural events taking place across the region.

The show embraces the value of conserving the UAE's cultural heritage by presenting traditional attire, music, and dances in a novel and imaginative way. The Main Stage and several locations throughout the park will host Emirati bands "Liwa" and "Harbiyah," among other cultural performances that visitors can take in.

A magnificent fireworks show that illuminates the night sky in the colors of the UAE flag will be held every day from November 29 to December 3 at 9 p.m., adding to the lively events. 

On December 2, guests may anticipate a breathtaking drone show with a national theme of #ZayedAndRashid. The highlight of Global Village's festivities will be this magnificent show, which was first presented for the event.

Visitors can purchase mementos of the special occasion at important pavilions like the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation for Humanitarian Works Pavilion, the UAE Pavilion, and the 971 from the Community Pavilion. Along with a variety of shopping opportunities, the Heritage Village, which is connected to the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center, will showcase genuine Emirati handicrafts.
