Free parking for commuters at three dedicated car parks for the Dubai Metro

You can use any of the three designated parking lots for the Dubai Metro as long as you use public transportation concurrently (by presenting your Nol card for validation). You could be charged 10 dirhams per hour, up to a daily cap of 50 dirhams, for utilising the parking lots if you don't provide your Nol card for validation upon admission.

Use your silver or gold Nol card to validate your parking as you enter the parking lot. Your Nol card will be revalidated upon leaving and charged if required at the conclusion of your trip.

Centrepoint Metro Station:

The first parking lot is located at Centrepoint station, which is near the end of the red line in the Rashidiya neighbourhood. Although the station was once known as Rashidiya, its name was changed to Centrepoint in 2021, since the station is now sponsored by Centrepoint. This parking lot has 3000 spots.

It is only good for daytime Metro trips; overnight parking is not permitted in the parking lot. You risk paying a fee if you park there overnight or fail to authenticate your Nol card.

Jebel Ali Metro Station:

Jebel Ali station is the second sizable parking lot connected to a metro station. The station was renamed in 2020 from its previous name, Nakheel Harbour and Tower. This is not to be confused with the station that was once known as Jebel Ali near the end of the red line.

The same guidelines listed above apply to parking and potential fines.

Etisalat Metro Station:

There are 3000 spots in this parking lot reserved for metro passengers.

The way the parking lots are used has changed recently, and these modifications are still in effect. This implies that if you are not utilising the metro, you can use the parking lots, but you will have to pay. You may purchase passes for a full year or half a year, with the pricing being 10 dirhams each hour, with a maximum of 50 dirhams per day.

Other options for parking near the Dubai metro include the parking lots connected to shopping centres, albeit these have their regulations and often only allow you to park there for a few hours at a time. The Dubai Mall, City Centre, and Mall of the Emirates are a few metro malls with private parking lots.

The only 3 free metro stations are the ones listed above, although you might be able to discover alternative parking lots close by where you can pay to park. The RTA encourages users to utilise the numerous buses that are connected to the metro by laying them on.
