Fourth edition of the flagship event of Dubai Fitness Challenge – Dubai will be held on November 12

The fourth edition of the DP World-presented Dubai Ride, which transforms Sheikh Zayed Road into an enormous cycling track, is returning. On November 12, the Dubai Fitness Challenge's main event will take place. There are two-course options available to participants: 12 km and 4 km. The 12 km Sheikh Zayed Road course is perfect for experienced cyclists; it starts at five different locations, including the Museum of the Future, Al Satwa, the Coca-Cola Arena, Business Bay, and the Lower Financial Centre. The course winds from the Dubai World Trade Centre to Safa Park, and it includes a picturesque climb over the Dubai Canal Bridge.

As an alternative, cyclists can choose the 4-kilometre Downtown family route along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, which passes through the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, and Dubai Mall. This flat track, which begins near Dubai Mall, is suitable for cyclists of all ages and abilities. The trip will provide families, recreational cyclists, and cycling aficionados the chance to see the city's monuments from a different angle with the help of Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).

On the official website, registration for the challenge is currently open. The thrilling event, which witnessed its highest-ever participation in 2022 with 34,897 cyclists joining together as one community, is open to riders of all fitness levels and abilities.

An initiative started in 2017 by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, to transform Dubai into one of the world's most active cities and support its broader vision to become the world's best city to live in, work in, and visit, is the popular Dubai Ride, presented by DP World. Every year, the city challenges its citizens and fitness aficionados to commit to 30 minutes of daily exercise for 30 days straight.
