Foundation work of the Dh14.3 billion integrated resort Wynn Al Marjan in Ras Al Khaimah is almost complete

According to its chief executive, the highly anticipated Wynn Al Marjan integrated resort, which is set to open in Ras Al Khaimah, will be a "must-see" tourist attraction in the United Arab Emirates. The $3.9 billion (Dh14.3 billion) Wynn Al Marjan's foundation work is nearly finished, according to Wynn Resorts CEO Craig Billings, and the vertical building is scheduled to start shortly.

The island is thought to be the next great destination for branded houses in the United Arab Emirates with so many major developers having started work on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah and so many more are in the midst of starting.

Alec Engineering and Contracting was given the primary contract for building the integrated resort development in March 2023. Bauer International is in charge of the enabling and piling projects.

The Wynn Al Marjan, which is scheduled to open in early 2027, will have about 1,500 rooms, suites, and villas. It will also feature a gaming area, 24 dining and lounge options, cutting-edge spa and wellness experiences, a high-end shopping esplanade, an events centre, a theatre with a special production show, and other amenities. The resort is planned to accommodate both extended stays and short-day excursions from nearby Emirates. It will provide a plethora of multifaceted experiences, such as evening light and laser displays.
