Keeping young travelers entertained thousands of meters in the air, flydubai has announced a new inflight feature that families are sure to appreciate.
As part of an official partnership with BBC Kids, the Dubai-based airline now offers over 15 hours of child-friendly content, accessible on board for children of all ages.
The inflight entertainment system features programmes designed for tiny tots and older children alike, including the International Emmy award-winning Hey Duggee and the multi-award-winning Bluey, which has been the most streamed series in the US this year.
No more enduring Baby Shark on repeat—simply pop a pair of headphones on the little ones and let them enjoy iconic BBC Kids shows. The selection includes favorites like Horrible Histories and Steve Backshall’s Deadly 60.
Daniel Kerrison, Senior Vice President of Inflight Operations at flydubai, expressed his enthusiasm for the new addition, saying:
"We are excited to have partnered with BBC Studios. We have always been committed to innovating our products and services and enhancing our passengers’ inflight experience. With the addition of BBC Kids to our inflight offering, we look forward to providing our passengers with more hours of high-definition in-seat entertainment and access to award-winning content."
For adults, flydubai also offers over 600 hours of entertainment, featuring content from Warner Brothers to HBO, ensuring everyone on board has something to enjoy.
This entertainment upgrade follows flydubai’s announcement of a new destination from DXB, further enhancing its offerings for passengers.
