One of Dubai's most well-liked outdoor locations has returned. Propped up by the world's first Arab pitmaster, Hattem Mattar, FIYA has reopened its doors, literally, in time for this amazing weather. FIYA is a restaurant in Meydan that is a part of the Keturah Reserve. Its menu is influenced by international fire-based cuisines.
You can see cooks in action at the open-concept grill, which is accessible to everybody, and is home to four primary fire stations. The main concept is to demonstrate how the pitmaster and barbecue boss have developed to present a varied cuisine powered by real fire. In addition to many other items, you may order pizza, salads, and sandwiches.
Surrounded by an exceptionally lush and Instagram-worthy area of flora, the stunning outdoor café is framed by overhanging olive trees. Adjacent to FIYA is a boutique padel club with six courts and two more courts reserved for kids.
Make sure you reserve in advance to prevent disappointment.
Date and Timing: Daily from 6pm-10pm
