First-ever professional baseball park in Middle East will be situated on Dubai's The Sevens sports and entertainment complex

Plans for the first-ever professional baseball park in the Middle East have been released. The stadium, which will hold 6,500 people, will be situated on Dubai's Al-Ain Road inside The Sevens sports and entertainment complex.

The stadium will be the only professional baseball pitch for more than 10,000 km, spanning from Morocco to Bangladesh, India, and numerous other Southwest Asian nations.

A dual-fibre synthetic playing surface that is built to withstand the extreme heat of Dubai will be featured at Baseball United Ballpark, the temporary moniker while naming rights talks are ongoing.

The most cutting-edge technology available to increase the ball's visibility during play will be included in the LED lighting system, which will produce more than 15 million lumens over eight lighting towers and 94 lamps in total.

Furthermore, 6,500 spectators will be able to fit in the stadium thanks to its movable, modular seating arrangement.

The fences' measurements are 318 feet to left field, 314 feet to right field, and 408 feet to centre field. These measurements were inspired by the iconic Yankee Stadium, home of the New York Yankees.
