FAHR notifies all ministries and federal entities of the upcoming Eid Al Adha holiday and the Arafat Day

NewsThe Eid Al Adha holiday and the Arafat Day have been announced in a circular from the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), which has been distributed to all federal agencies and ministries. From 9 to 12 Dhu Al Hijjah 1444 AH, or the equivalent days in the Gregorian calendar, the federal government will celebrate the holiday. The official Eid Al Adha vacations for workers in the public sector have been declared by the government human resources office.This announcement comes in response to the Cabinet's decision about the UAE's official public holidays for the year 2023, which apply to both the public and private sectors.
On this occasion, the authority welcomed the citizens of the UAE, Arab, and Islamic nations, as well as the President, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Their Highnesses the Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates.
