Etihad Rail announced that travel from Abu Dhabi to Dubai will take 57 minutes

The schedules for the passenger trains that run between the Capital and three other emirates have been released by Etihad Rail. Train travel times throughout the United Arab Emirates have been made public by Etihad Rail. Even though Al Ruwais is 240 kilometres away from Abu Dhabi, the trip from the capital to Al Ruwais will only take 70 minutes. It will also take 105 minutes to go from Abu Dhabi to the eastern emirate of Fujairah.

From Al Sila to Fujairah, 11 towns and territories in the United Arab Emirates will be connected by the state-of-the-art passenger train service. These cities and locations include Ruwais, Al Mirfa, Sharjah, Al Dhaid, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai. The passenger terminals' two locations have previously been announced by the authorities. Sakamkam in Fujairah will host the first, and University City in Sharjah will host the second.

There will be a number of announcements in the upcoming months as Etihad Rail gets ready to start offering passenger service. The service is expected to handle about 36.5 million people yearly once it is operating, though a start date has not yet been set.

The luxurious carriages on the high-tech passenger trains in the United Arab Emirates will have chic decor and comfortable grey seats. The rail passenger service is a prime example of a high-speed train with an aerodynamic design.

Similar to the flight classes, there are several seating configurations in the silver and grey coaches. Within each coach, the seats are placed in a 2+2 configuration. Electric doors divide the compartments, and TV screens in every portion of the train provide information like arrival timings and location.

The train, which will have fifteen opulent coaches, will travel through the urban centres of Abu Dhabi and Dubai before arriving at the natural sites of Fujairah, which has towering mountains close to the Oman border, and the Liwa desert, which is home to a renowned oasis close to the Mezeiraa train station.
