Eric Prydz's high-tech holographic concert at Expo City on October 18; early bird tickets are now available

In October, one of the most well-known DJs in the world will perform a high-tech holographic concert in Dubai. On Friday, October 18, Eric Prydz will play at Expo City to cap off the massive IT and startup event GITEX GLOBAL.

The Swedish musician, well known for the catchy hit song "Call On Me," combines music and 3D holographic projections in an incredible live performance. Modern 3D projections are expertly combined with progressive dance, trance, and techno music for the event called HOLO.

 Amazing images are produced by the visual effects with the use of lighting, lasers, and art technology. The "Holosphere," the focal point of HOLO, is two hanging LED displays that show holographic three-dimensional images above the heads of the attendees.

It arrives in Dubai to mark the conclusion of the 44th GITEX Global tech startup event. During the week of Monday, October 14, the conference will take place at Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Harbour.
