NewsEmirates has revealed plans for a new third daily service to a sought-after long-haul destination, offering travelers a luxurious experience.
The Dubai-based airline announced the introduction of a third non-stop flight between Dubai and Melbourne, Australia, starting March 30, 2025.
The flight will be operated with Emirates’ newly retrofitted Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. Currently, Emirates runs two daily flights on this route using four-class Airbus A380s, but the additional service will bring the total to three daily flights.
This new route will replace Emirates’ operations between Singapore and Melbourne, allowing passengers to seamlessly connect to other Emirates flights from Dubai. Customers with bookings on the Singapore-Melbourne route will be offered alternative travel options or full refunds.
The new flight is scheduled to depart Dubai at 9:15pm, arriving in Melbourne at 5:40pm (local time) the following day. The return flight will leave Melbourne at 11:55pm, landing in Dubai at 7:00am the next day.
The upgraded Boeing 777 will feature eight first-class suites, 40 business class seats, 24 premium economy seats, and 256 economy seats, promising a comfortable and stylish journey for all travelers.
