Eid Al Fitr holidays have been declared for private schools, universities, and nurseries in Dubai

The Eid Al Fitr vacations have been declared for private schools, universities, and nurseries in Dubai. From Monday, April 8, to Sunday, April 14, all of these institutions will be closed, according to the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA).

Classes will resume as usual on Monday, April 15. This week-long holiday will convert into a nine-day break for pupils in addition to the Saturday-Sunday weekend.

Indian-curriculum schools in Dubai will have a break for the Eid Al Fitr starting from April 6. The classes started on April 1.

Students enrolled in international curriculum schools enjoy a three-week long break for the Spring holidays, which commenced on March 25. They are scheduled to resume classes after the Eid holidays on April 15.

The UAE government has announced the official holidays for private sector employees across the country on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr.

The break will start on Monday, April 8, and go until 3 Shawwal, or whatever the Gregorian equivalent of that day is. Depending on when the Moon is viewed, Ramadan lasts 29 or 30 days according to the Islamic calendar. The first of Shawwal is dedicated to celebrating Eid Al Fitr.
