The Crown Prince of Dubai, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, credited the expansion to innovative thinking, public-private sector cooperation, and creative leadership. He underlined Dubai's emphasis on drawing in international talent and foreign investment, which is essential for long-term growth in the economy and tourism.
