Dubai will organize its first "Dubai AI Week" in 2025, combining several conferences and exhibits into a single event to hasten the adoption of AI to improve the quality of life.
The UAE's Crown Prince, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF), Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, issued directives Thursday for the Dubai AI Week, which will take place from April 21 to April 25, 2025.
Global AI professionals will gather for a week-long series of lectures and exhibitors in the event's first edition to discuss developments and practical issues. The project is in line with the Dubai Universal AI Blueprint.
The main events will take place at AREA 2071 and the Museum of the Future in Dubai's Emirates Towers.
The "Dubai AI Festival," "Dubai Assembly for Generative AI," "Global Prompt Engineering Championship," "Machines Can See" Summit, and "AI Retreat" are some of the major events that will be included by the initiative.
