Dubai to get its first residential clock tower which is also the tallest residential clock tower in the world

The developers of the project said on Thursday that Dubai will see the construction of its first residential clock tower, which will also be the highest residential clock tower globally. The project was launched during a ceremony to celebrate the partnership between Franck Muller, a luxury watchmaker in Dubai, and London Gate, the premier real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates.

Franck Muller, a global innovator in the watch business for the previous thirty years, is entering the real estate market with this partnership. At 450 metres, London Gate, the eagerly awaited skyscraper in Dubai Marina, is poised to become the world's highest residential clock tower, residential tower with a brand, and the tallest residential tower.

Franck Muller's watch of the same name inspired the tower's name, Aeternitas. On the business website, it states that this watch has 1,483 components and 36 complexities, making it the most sophisticated in the world.

Residents may anticipate a handover by 2026, and the opulent residential property will have its official unveiling in January 2024.
