Dubai Street to extend 1km in length to surround the upcoming - Marbella Resort which will house snow plaza and coral reefs

The Dubai street where it rains all year around will be extended to a length of 1km to completely surround an upcoming resort. The Marbella Resort, which is expected to be completed in 2026, will also house a snow plaza and coral reefs.

An new resort will be fully surrounded by a 1km stretch of the Dubai street, where it rains year-round. Together with coral reefs, the Marbella Resort is scheduled to open in 2026 and have a snow plaza.

Inspired by the Spanish resort town of Marbella, the Dh1 billion five star hotel will be situated on the World Islands, reachable exclusively by private yacht. When it is finished, 500,000 square metres of nine distinct kinds of coral reefs, home to more than thirty different species of fish, will encircle it. A snow plaza will also have a space where visitors may experience snowfall year-round.

According to the developers, the resort would be among the first in the world to provide its visitors access to private coral reefs. As part of the larger coral reef master plan for The Heart of Europe, visitors will be able to enjoy snorkelling and diving amid the reefs that are anticipated to draw a variety of marine species, including angelfish, anemonefish, lionfish, and green turtles.

The Kleindienst Group, the master developer of The Heart of Europe, is working on the Marbella Resort Hotel, Vignette Collection by IHG Hotels & Resorts.

Last year, the developer developed Côte d'Azur, a French theme resort. The hotel, which is divided into four sections that symbolise the four French towns of Monaco, Nice, Cannes, and St. Tropez, will be next to the soon-to-come Marbella Resort. Furthermore, the Honeymoon Island, located in the Heart of Europe, offers visitors the opportunity to stay in villas atop floating seahorses.

There are suites, chalets, and cabanas facing the sea, the snow plaza, or the street that is pouring rain for guests staying at the Marbella Resort Hotel.

Beach parties, water activities, and outdoor eateries with sea breezes will all be available at the seaside location. At the location, six restaurants offering real European food will be available, according to the developers.

A touch of Andalusia will also be added to the 150-room luxury hotel with gardens, subterranean courtyards, and citrus and olive trees.
