This year, Atlantis, The Palm's gorgeous Asateer Tent plans to host up to 1,400 guests each night for iftar buffets and suhoor feasts. Muslims are obligated to increase their degree of both bodily and spiritual obedience to their faith by fasting throughout the Holy Month. The goal of the 29- or 30-day fast is to refrain from eating and drinking from sunrise to sunset.
Asateer will provide customers with various sitting options, including 120 dining tables, booths, and a Royal Majlis with four VIP Majlis sections overlooking the Arabian Sea. Additionally, there will be live music during the suhoor, with vocal performances and oud strings, before to daybreak. Along with popular Ramadan fare like Jordanian lamb mansaf and lamb ouzi, the iftar buffet will blend Arabian cuisines, including Khaleeji, Persian, and Turkish delicacies.
There will be a live sweet-making station along with classic Arabic sweets like kunafa, osmaliya with ashta, and an ice cream station.
