Dubai Run 2024, the grand finale of the Dubai Fitness Challenge on November 24

On Sunday, November 24, families, friends, and fitness lovers will come together for the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) grand finale, Dubai Run 2024, an annual fitness event organized by Mai Dubai.

The following information will help you prepare for the biggest fitness event in Dubai:

A 5km run for families and novices or a more difficult 10km race for experienced runners are the two picturesque courses available to participants. 

As they follow the famous Sheikh Zayed Road, both routes provide an unparalleled experience.

Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, next to the Dubai Mall, is the starting point of the 5-kilometer path, which terminates at Sheikh Zayed Road, near the Museum of the Future.

The 10-kilometer route, on the other hand, starts close to the Museum of the Future on Sheikh Zayed Road and ends at the DIFC Gate Building, which is close to Emirates Towers.

All participants must register, which may be done at dubairun.com, even though the event is free. Follow @dubaifitnesschallenge on Instagram and visit the website's 'Need to Know' page for all the important event information. 

You can choose an arrival time for both routes when you register, with slots starting as early as 4am. It is recommended to arrive early to guarantee a good starting position. 

While people between the ages of 13 and 21 may register themselves with parental consent, children under the age of 13 must be registered by a 21-year-old adult.

Registered participants can pick up their bibs and T-shirts from Dubai Municipality Z'abeel Park 30x30 Fitness Village between November 11 and November 23.

You must cancel your existing registration and re-register for the other route if you decide to change your plans.
