Dubai RTAs Mahboub Chatbot enables individuals to book and reschedule driving test appointments

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai recently launched a new service that allows people to use WhatsApp to plan and reschedule driving test appointments as shared by Mira Ahmed Al Sheikh, Head of RTA's Corporate Technical Support Services Sector's Smart Services Department.

The "Mahboub" Chatbot on the RTA may be accessed to utilise the service at (0588009090). This project is in line with RTA's plan to offer services via a range of digital channels, guaranteeing consumers may do so swiftly and securely.

Over 250 procedural and informative services are provided by "Mahboub" via the WhatsApp channel. These services include introducing Nol cards, paying for public parking, finding information about renewing vehicle ownership, providing maritime transportation services, and many more.

As part of the UAE Strategy for Artificial Intelligence, RTA is dedicated to using AI technology to establish the UAE as a worldwide leader in AI by 2031. The state and the astute government of Dubai are in charge of achieving this strategic objective.
